Jon Teplow
President & Account Management

With over 20-years of experience at both the agency and in-house levels, Jon has extensive experience in all facets of marketing strategy and consultation. His primary functions are strategy consulting, concept development and overall project management. And if you’re looking for good Chinese food, he’s your man.

Mike Cucurullo
Principal & Creative Director

Mike has over 25 years of design experience at both the agency and in-house levels. He has also taught graphic design & computer applications at Suffolk University. He is a classically trained artist, adept at thinking outside the box – to say the very least. Mike oversees the overall creative process, and can be found by the light of his lava lamps once the sun goes down.

Robin Agricola
Copywriting & Brand Planning

Robin has over seven years of marketing and management experience. In her four years with TCC, she has focused on strategy and creative concept development, copywriting and brand planning. She is a terrible driver, an excellent parallel parker and has a weakness for salted caramel cupcakes.

Emily Caufield
Graphic Designer

With over eight years of experience as a graphic designer – four of which have been spent here with TCC – Emily helps translate strategy, message and creative concept into graphics that not only look phenomenal, but also compel. She makes a great pot of coffee.

Graphic Designer

Scott has over ten years of design experience. He’s good. Real good. And that’s probably all you need to know about him.

Justin Perricone
Graphic Designer

Justin specializes in identity development, layout, and print design. He has a penchant for typography, vintage design techniques, and all forms of printmaking. His work has been featured on Huffington Post, BoingBoing, and Bon Appetit. He's also a photographer, writer, and food junkie. When he's not being creative, you can find him playing pinball and scoring baseball games the old fashioned way.

Guillermo Garcia
Programmer & Videographer

Guillermo has over 15-years of video and programming experience. He is a Harvard University graduate in computer science and programming and translates the design of your digital media into a universally consistent HTML format. He is also a stellar videographer and our in-house Latin lover.
